Euromac Slitter
A new automatic duplex slitter model TB3T2 from Eurornac has been successfully installed. It will be used to slit Aluminium foil laminates and Aluminium foil from 7 micron upwards. The machine features a maximum web width of 1200 mm and a maximum rewind diameter of 610mm. Due to the automatic double turret function the machine features a low downtime of approx. 45 seconds allowing higher productivity and less operator’s work requirement. Other automatic functions are the automatic transversal splice and the motorised offloading of the finished rolls by automatic trolley which overall help to increase production capacity. The rolls are wound onto special ball friction shafts which guarantee a correct and precise tension control.
